Prawn Pinchos

Merry Christmas everyone. We saw a delicious recipe in a magazine and made them for Christmas lunch.

Pretty simple

  • char grilled bread; baguette or turkish
  • prawns; cooked and peeled
  • cherry tomatos; roasted with oil, salt and pepper
  • chorizo; sliced and char grilled
  • special mayo; quality egg mayo, smokey paprika, crushed garlic, lemon juice
  • flat leaf parsley and fresh oregano on top
