Turns out it was a good idea. It was a great experience. The trains are clean and on time. The <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Southern_Cross_Station\" target=\"_blank\">equivalent<\/a> to Sydney&#8217;s Central station is fantastic; a wonderful spacious wavy roofed building. The alleyways have interesting graffiti that doesn&#8217;t get painted over. Lots of great places to shop and eat. We&#8217;ll go back again for sure, soon I hope.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wonkothesane.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/09\/building.jpg\" title=\"building.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wonkothesane.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/09\/building.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"building.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We stayed at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hotellindrum.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\">Hotel Lindrum<\/a> in the south-east corner of the CBD.
